Dr. Suhail Kanchwala, Director of Reconstructive Microsurgery, Penn Plastic Surgery; Section Chief, Penn Plastic Surgery; Associate Professor of Surgery at the Pennsylvania Hospital.

Dr. Kanchwala specializes in breast reconstruction following mastectomy, using a patient’s own tissues. He has performed more than 3,000 microsurgical breast reconstruction procedures. Dr. Kanchwala’s research focuses on improving outcomes in breast reconstruction surgery. He has pioneered minimally invasive techniques that enhance both patient recovery and aesthetics. His goal is to eliminate the use of narcotic pain medication for patients undergoing breast reconstruction.

Dr. Tripp Holton, Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center

Dr. Tripp Holton is a board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He has extensive expertise in reconstructive microsurgery, including reconstruction of the head and neck, breast, and extremities. Dr. Holton focuses on breast and body contouring, as well as facial aesthetic surgery. He is also active in research in the areas of biomaterials and biotechnology. He graduated medical school from Temple University and then completed his general surgery residency at the University of Maryland. He completed his fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Johns Hopkins.

Dr. Andrea A. Moreira, Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery, University of Pittsburgh

Dr. Moreira is an expert in advanced breast reconstruction techniques, including microsurgery, neurotization, and robotic-assisted procedures. Her work emphasizes improving surgical outcomes and patient quality of life.

Dr. Sebastian Winocour, Professor of Plastic Surgery, at Baylor College of Medicine; Associate Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery and Medical Director of the Baylor Medicine Group Practice.

A board-certified, fellowship-trained microsurgeon with an executive MBA from the University of Texas, Dr. Winocour is nationally recognized for his expertise in spinoplastic reconstruction and complex breast surgery. He is the editor of the first and only textbook dedicated to spinoplastic reconstruction, a landmark contribution to the field. With over 120 peer-reviewed publications, include 2 papers in the journal Nature, and a strong track record of leadership in administration and multidisciplinary care innovation, he continues to shape the future of reconstructive surgery through scholarship, mentorship, and strategic program development.
